How to get Grameenphone - GP Internet & MMS Settings on Windows Phone

In Settings
> Wireless & Networks
> Mobile Networks
> Access Point Names Add a new APN:
Name: gpinternet

In same menu add another APN named gpmms
MMSC: http://mms.gpsurf.net/servlets/mms
Proxy: 10.128.1.2 Port: 8080 and
Type: MMS
