How to do Online Top Up through eCare in Grameenphone?

You need to follow the instructions below:
  • If you are a new user, you need to register to eCare 1st or log in if existing user of eCare
  • Go to 'Billing Information' menu & under it click on 'Online Top Up'
  • Read the Disclaimer carefully, check mark 'I agree…' & click 'Proceed'.
  • Enter bill pay/recharge amount, Mobile No., Package (Pre/post) & Payment Method (VISA, Master etc.)
  • Click 'Recharge', system will verify all the business logic (amount, mobile no etc.) & if correct, redirect you to bank page for payment processing.
  • Provide necessary card information & click 'Submit'
  • If Card information is valid & it has sufficient balance, successful recharge confirmation message will be shown.
  • An invoice will be sent to the email address (address provided at the time of registration) of the eCare user & recharge/bill pay confirmation sms will be sent to the recipient mobile no (recipient of recharge).
