When will robi 3g arrive at Dhanmondi? If not exactly when, i would only like to kniw if it is available by december 1st week.

when will be cover Cox's Bazar by Robi's 3G? There has must important robi 3G in Cox's Bazar as a precious place of Bangladesh..i think you must need to cover all of Bangladesh in 1 January,2014..please reply me as soon possible.
