Documents Required:
- Damaged / Faulty SIM (if available).
- Original Ownership / Subscription Paper.
- If the original owner is unable to collect the SIM, an Authorization letter can be given to another person on behalf of owner.
- Signature on the letter should match the signature on the original subscription.
I lost mah robi sim. Nd I don't remember, who's id was used for my sim card registration.. I also have a bikash account on this sim. Now how can I get back my sim card
ReplyDeleteআমার সিমটি আজ নস্ট হয়ে গেছে। কিভাবে সিমটি উঠাতে হেবে জানাবেন কি? আমার নাম্বার হল +৮৮০১৮১২৬১১৪৯১ এই নাম্বারটি খবই গুরুত্বপূর্ণ ।এই নাম্বারটি রকেট একাউন্টকরা আছে জানাবেন !
