Robi Number Change process : Charge and needed document details

Service charge : Tk 1000 (incl. VAT)

Documents Required:

• SIM (in case of lost SIM, GD copy is required.)
• Original Ownership / Subscription Paper with 1 recent passport-size photograph
• If the original owner is unable to collect the SIM, an Authorization letter can be given to another person on behalf of owner.
• Signature on the letter should match the signature on the original subscription.

• If new SIM needs to be issued, an additional charge of Tk. 68 is required.
